Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

Balance payment must be cleared before the tour start date, as mentioned at the time of booking.
Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise.

Package cost depends on hotel category, season, availability and number of travelers.

Any increase in government taxes, fuel charges or service cost will be charged extra if applicable.
Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel rules.

In case the mentioned hotel is not available, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Transportation

Transportation is provided as per the itinerary mentioned in the package.

Vehicle will not be at disposal and cannot be used for extra sightseeing unless agreed earlier.

AC may not work in hilly areas as per government regulations.
Sightseeing

Sightseeing points are subject to weather conditions, road conditions and local authority rules.

Entry tickets, camera fees and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

Some sightseeing places may be closed on specific days or due to unforeseen reasons.
Child Policy

Child age limits and charges depend on hotel policy.

Extra bed is subject to availability and may be mattress on floor in some hotels.
Changes in Itinerary

Divy India Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or unavoidable situations.

No refund will be provided for any unused services or missed sightseeing.
Guest Responsibility

Guests must carry valid ID proof during the tour.

Any damage to hotel property or vehicle will be chargeable to the guest directly.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
Force Majeure

Divy India Holidays will not be responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, strikes, political issues, road blocks or government restrictions.
Company Rights

Divy India Holidays acts only as a tour operator and is not responsible for services provided by hotels, transport providers or other third parties.

The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without assigning any reason.
Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
