At Divy India Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change sometimes. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and service providers.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour package, cancellation charges will apply as per the time of cancellation before the travel date.

30 days or more before travel date – 10% of total package cost will be charged

15 to 29 days before travel date – 25% of total package cost will be charged

7 to 14 days before travel date – 50% of total package cost will be charged

Less than 7 days before travel date – 100% of total package cost will be charged

No show – No refund will be provided
Cancellation must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Situations
In case of natural disasters, weather issues, government restrictions, strikes or any force majeure situation, cancellation charges will be applicable as per hotel and transport provider policies. Divy India Holidays will not be responsible for losses due to such situations.
Hotel & Transport Cancellation

Hotel and transport cancellation policies may vary depending on service provider.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per hotel rules, especially during peak season.

Any service once booked and confirmed cannot be cancelled without applicable charges.
Partial Cancellation

If any member of the group cancels, cancellation charges will apply for that person only.

No refund will be provided for unused services or missed sightseeing during the tour.
